We are always available to meet for whatever period of time is necessary to prepare you for the deposition. We will provide you with a Guideline for the Deposition of a Witness well in advance of the deposition date for your review. This guideline sets forth some general rules for deposition preparation. However, we will meet personally with you in advance of the deposition to discuss your testimony and to provide our insights as to anticipated questions.
